This tutorial class was the opportunity to discover more in depth techniques which we do not know necessarily or little, as the geothermal science, the network of district heating... It was the way to realize the importance of the various flows, to see their implementations, the regulations which apply to it (DTU) through searches and models.

I was able to discover in a whole semester the regulations bound to various themes, such as dtu (here sizing of a banister of parking lot), orders pmr, thermal regulations and various calculations which relate to it. I thus saw a very wide panel of technical constraints connected to the construction of a building.

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS

The structure is the same on all the floors except on the outer veils in which the positions of plate glass windows vary. It is simple because it is concrete beams embeded in concrete veils.

The contreventement is insured by supporting walls.

ANALYSIS OF NETWORKS

The studied building was equipped by the network CPCU of Paris. It is like that that I knew what means a production unit of heat, the primary and secondary network, and the delivery point.

 

I could also discover geothermy. The geothermal science consists in getting back the energy stored under our feet under the surface of the Earth and in using it to warm buildings or produce some electricity.

For building of high heights (IGH) from the 4th family (28<H<50), the index c+d must be over 1,20m

Distances of evacuation

The distance between the front door of the apartment the most far away and the door of the stairwell or the access outdoors can not exceed fifteen meters.

CALCUL OF PERFORMANCES

Thus after calculation we arrive at a consumption of 3000KWH/year for an apartment. There are 117 apartments in the building we should have approximately the annual consumption of 351000KWH. 

With 7433m2, thus, the Quintessence Cardinet has a consumption of 47,2KWH/m2.
The performance level required by the label BBC (energy energy-saving building) sets as goal a maximal consumption for the new residential constructions in 50kWh/m the ²/year, for the heating, the refreshment, the ventilation, the domestic hot water, the auxiliaries of heating and the lighting, calculated according to the method of the RT on 2005.

 

 

This consumption does not take into account the production of the photovoltaic panels which produce 120 MWh.an of energy

It also has a greenhouse gas emission of 18 kgeqCo2/m2/an.

One of the purposes of this constructive analysis was to begin with the sensitive perceptions that we had from the first visit of the chosen building, and to put them in connection with the technical details which we collected from the architects or companies connected to the project by ourselves.
