After an analysis of the territory of Saint-Denis, in particular around the "Fort de l'Est", the project of the third year concentrated on the rehabilitation of the neighborhoods of the Fort today.

The project thus consisted has to use the strategies deducted during the analysis to create an urban project in coherence with the existing urban fabric.

Our strategy based itself mainly on the circulation and the access to the residence because these were to be weak points of the territory.
